The Residents - Animal Lover (2005)

With a steady output of material from the early 70's to the present, The Residents could be one of the most consistent bands in history. Covering all forms of music in some form or another and progressively growing through the times and technology, They have managed to keep their momentum. Lyrically speaking it's probably some of the weirdest music you will ever hear, but musically the sound is full of character and creativity which is rarely matched. The Stones Ain't got shit.
