One of the saddest albums I have ever heard. This album takes the listener through a minimal sound-scape of the main character, Rehana's life. Everything is very sparse throughout this album. The vocals are almost breathed out while drums slowly patter away at the trudging beat. Soft electronics buzz in the background while a hissing guitar rises up now and then to the forefront. This music is meant to be heard while drunk and depressed. Who wouldn't choose gin over sour milk?
